Modern Mexican Restaurants v. Maya Lounge: Represented Plaintiff in Federal Court action for trademark infringement. Obtained permanent injunction against Defendant.
CF Inflight v Cablecam International: Represented Defendant in patent infringement dispute over use of aerial camera system at the NFL Super Bowl game. Defeated Plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary injunction and obtained court order denying infringement and validity, resulting in use of client’s system at the Super Bowl.
iPower v Qwest Communications: Represented Plaintiff iPower in action seeking to cancel Defendant’s trademark for PowerWeb. Successfully cancelled Defendant’s trademark, thereby removing it from the U.S. Trademark Register.
Legend Films v West Wing: Represented Plaintiff in patent infringement dispute over film-colorization technology. Obtained favorable Markman ruling, enabling Legend to settle the case on favorable terms.
Legend Films v. Legend Video: Represented Plaintiff in action opposing registration of the LEGEND Trademark. Obtained desired consent agreement, permitting Plaintiff to use the Trademark for film-colorization and 2D to 3D conversion.
Nordstrom v Banana Peel: Represented Defendant Banana Peel in TTAB action initiated by Nordstrom, who was seeking to cancel Defendant’s BP trademark design. Successfully prevented cancelation of the trademark.
Miraclecorp Products v Fly Free Zone: Represented Defendant in opposition to Plaintiff seeking to prevent registration of the FLY FREE ZONE Trademark. Obtained favorable outcome of Defendant, permitting registration to proceed.
B-Clear, Inc. v. Qualyst: Represented Plaintiff in opposition seeking to cancel registration of the B CLEAR Trademark. Obtained favorable result, restricting Defendant’s use of the B CLEAR Trademark.
Meridian Telecom v. Generac Power Systems: Initiated action seeking to cancel Defendant’s GENREADY Trademark and successfully obtained cancelation of the Trademark, removing it from the Federal Register.
